Spark uses Zendesk AI to scan WebMD Health Services knowledge base and summarize troubleshooting steps based on participant issues and requests. Since Spark is only trained in support articles housed in our Zendesk Help Center, it will never answer questions or provide recommendations outside of our customer service scope.
Spark also uses Zendesk AI to identify and tag common issues and associated sentiments. This helps improve our documentation, triage logic, and user flows to better serve participant needs. This tagging also helps us connect support requests to the right agent in order to expedite resolution and maximize satisfaction.
If Spark is unable to provide a solution, it will analyze participant sentiment to prioritize and route tickets to a live support agent based on urgency and perceived importance, ensuring swift, targeted support.
